Your access to and use of the Service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, students, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please refrain from accessing the Service.

Our Service may include links to websites or services owned and operated by third parties beyond our control. We are not responsible for the information, content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Quran Assistant will not be held accountable for any damage or loss, directly or indirectly, caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through those external websites. We strongly urge you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. All provisions of the Terms that should survive termination by their nature — including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — shall continue to apply.

Law of the Land

These Terms will be interpreted and governed by the laws of the country where you use the Service, regardless of its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If a court holds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute our entire agreement regarding our Service and supersede any prior agreements between us.

Right to Change the Terms

We may change or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a modification is significant, we will attempt to give at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to use our Service after revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the modified terms. If you disagree with the new terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

For Enrolled Students

Student-Specific Terms

Once you or your children are registered in our online Quran, Language, or Islamic studies courses, you must follow these terms and conditions.

  1. After 2–3 trial classes, you must enrol yourself or your children in our online Quran classes or courses.
  2. Upon enrolment, course fees must be paid by the due date. Accounts that are 4 days overdue will be automatically paused from classes.
  3. If a payment is overdue for more than 7 days, we reserve the right to discontinue your classes.
  4. If you place your classes on hold for one to two weeks, a half-fee payment is required to reserve your slot with your assigned teacher.
  5. If a student is unable to attend a class, the teacher must be informed in advance — otherwise, makeup classes will not be arranged.
  6. Makeup classes will only be scheduled when the teacher has a free slot available.
  7. Class cancellations must be communicated to your teacher at least one day in advance via email.
  8. Quran Assistant reserves the right to cancel the enrolment of any student who is absent for more than one week without prior notice.
  9. After enrolling with a teacher, you will not be able to change teachers for a period of one month.
  10. Quran Assistant reserves the right to change a student's assigned teacher in order to maintain the quality of teaching.
  11. If a teacher leaves the academy, a qualified replacement teacher will be provided at no additional cost.
  12. These Terms apply to all enrolled students without exception.
